We visit every lot with our Construction and Design team. What views can JPM capitalize from your lot? What makes the most sense for your family? The utilization of every square foot is key, especially if the size of the lot is limited. Most of our client’s have a clear idea of what size their home needs to be for day to day life or for entertaining out of town guests.
Finishes can be customized down to the hardware. When options are truly endless, our award-winning design team helps our client’s pull every item together.
Our interior design division furnishes these homes with the same attention to detail. Our designers go room by room and pre-select each item to get a general idea of what styles / selections fit our client.  We have access to custom draperies, bedding, and upholstery pieces. JPM ensures that your home is as unique in the architecture as it is with every furnishing piece.
