JP MALONE began offering custom home design services through our building efforts in 1990. Since then, we have been recognized with awards in both our custom home design and custom home building practices. The seamless movement of design through to building allows the home owner to work with one entity. The process is coordinated through a critical path schedule breaking it down into four categories.

With a complete custom home renovations division, we are able to design and implement the current owners lifestyles to their existing home. Our extensive drawings and plans, verified from the site and then adjusted to field conditions, allows the completion of work based on a critical-path schedule.
Custom Cabinetry & Mill-work
Our award-winning cabinet division can provide case goods for every use: master dressing room built ins, redesign of existing built-ins to new television requirements to resurfacing existing cabinets.

Customer Care & Concierge Services
Our customer care division takes a proactive stance by tackling issues before they become major challenges. Our initial maintenance inspection lets you know the current status of your home. You will be provided a report to inform you of any services needed and the preventive maintenance information your home deserves.
