Desert Contemporary

This unique and one-of-a-kind home was designed using the site as inspiration.  Magnificent boulders combined with the owner’s contemporary styling allowed this project to seamlessly integrate with its environment.

The living spaces that were created focused both on function and form. The great room’s openness to the kitchen and dining area provides for grand entertaining, while the 16’ glass door that stacks to the side adds an invisible barrier from the interior and exterior. The built-in niches created in the master suite reflect the homes exterior while maintaining its clean lines.  Using typical products in untypical ways made each and every room feel custom designed.

The outdoor living areas blend and contrast at the same time. The functions of each space are clear, yet the flow is endless.  The fire feature is simple, yet impactful.  Even the surrounding fence adds to the overall styling of the home.

~ While the project is specific to the owner, the universal truths still hold true. A house is more of a home when it is a “Work of Art”. ~
