JP Malone Construction Inc is an
Arizona based Design/Build Firm since 1983. Our peers, through the
National Association of Home Builders, have recognized us as
AMERICA’S
BEST BUILDER 2001, and recently have been awarded
BEST IN AMERICAN
LIVING 2003. While these awards are appreciated, our true recognition
comes from our clients. They offer our firm the opportunity to
create Unique, Custom Living Environments to meet their lifestyles.
While we choose to only work on eight Custom,
One-of-a-kind homes per year, this number also allows the management
of our experienced trades within that same period of time. Our
site-specific homes are created within defined geographical areas in
Arizona. Scottsdale,
 Carefree,
Cave Creek and Paradise Valley offer a great spectrum of topographical
and flora interest for both our clientele and our design senses.
With a complete
Renovation / Remodeling division we are able to Design and implement
the current owners lifestyles to an existing
home. Our
extensive drawings and plans verified from the site and then adjusted
to field conditions allows the completion of work based on a critical
path schedule.
While we could have
pages of how wonderful we are to work with, we find that the proof of
